Readiness is whether you can name the decisions AI would inform, the data those decisions rely on, and the person accountable for the outcome. If those three are clear, you are ready to scope a first use case. If they are not, the AI Strategy and Roadmapping engagement exists to make them clear.
We design governance and controls into each system before deployment: lawful basis for personal data, documented model decisions, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints where decisions have material impact. This is risk management and documentation. It does not guarantee that any specific regulatory review will pass. Your firm remains accountable for compliance with its regulatory obligations.
Timelines are indicative and depend on scope, access and approvals. A focused first deployment, from scoped use case to live system, typically runs between four and eight weeks. Strategy and roadmapping engagements take two to three weeks. Governance and compliance reviews take one to three weeks depending on scope. We take on a limited number of clients at a time.
You own your data and the deliverables we produce: the system, its documentation, and its governance record. Where third-party software or AI services are used, ownership is governed by the terms of the relevant provider. We will identify which components are yours and which depend on third-party licences.
Two models are available. Fixed-scope projects end with a defined handover: documentation, a governance record, and a clear set of next steps. If you need continuing delivery and oversight, AI as a Service provides ongoing support with scope and commercial terms agreed before work begins. There is no obligation to continue beyond any agreed engagement.
